学院截至2021年共有科研平台15个，累计建设经费222万元。其中，2018年获批的云南省科技厅“面向南亚东南亚咖啡工程技术研发辐射中心-李学俊”项目经费50万、2018年获批的云南省教育厅“云南省高校咖啡资源开发与利用工程研究中心-陈治华”经费60万、2019年获批的云南省教育厅“云南省高校天然橡胶绿色生产工程研究中心-杜华波”经费60万、2019年获批的农业农村部“全国农产品质量安全与营养健康科普工作站-曹海燕”经费10万、2021年获批的农业农村部项目国家级平台“国家天然橡胶产业技术体系建设-杜华波”经费42万。学院科研平台主要研究方向是咖啡、橡胶及健康饮料，除2021年9月学院作为第一支持单位的“国家市场监管技术创新中心（咖啡质量基础与产业服务）项目外，2021年学院还与中国热科院共建院级平台（专家工作站）7个。
By 2021, there are 15 research platforms in the college, with a cumulative construction funding of 2.22 million yuan. Among them, 500,000 yuan is allocated for the project of "Coffee Engineering Technology Research and Radiation Center for South and Southeast Asia - Li Xuejun" approved by Yunnan Provincial Department of Science and Technology in 2018, 600,000 yuan is allocated for the project of "Coffee Resource Development and Utilization Engineering Research Center of Yunnan Provincial Universities - Chen Zhihua" approved by Yunnan Provincial Department of Education in 2018, and 600,000 yuan is allocated for the project of "Natural Rubber Green Production Engineering Research Center of Yunnan Provincial Universities - Du Huabo" approved by Yunnan Provincial Department of Education in 2019. 600,000, "Natural Rubber Green Production Engineering Research Center in Yunnan Universities-Du Huabo" of Yunnan Provincial Department of Education approved in 2019, "National Agricultural Products Quality Safety and Nutritional Health Science Popularization Station-Cao Haiyan" of Ministry of Agriculture approved in 2019. Cao Haiyan" approved by the Ministry of Agriculture in 2019, and "National Natural Rubber Industry Technology System Construction-Du Huabo" was approved by the Ministry of Agriculture in 2021, with a funding of 0.42 million.
