主干课程：无机及分析化学、有机化学、食品生物化学、仪器分析应用技术、食品营养与卫生、食品加工基础、食品贮藏与保鲜、食品感官检验、食品理化检验、食品安全检测、食品微生物检验、食品安全与质量管理等课程。
就业方向：与食品、药品有关的企事业单位从事质量分析与检测、产品安全评估与控制、经营管理、产品策划、产品设计、产品销售等岗位工作，也可专升本继续学习。
