建设林业硕士专业学位硕士点。系部有完善的教学实训条件，校内建有工程测量实训室、模型实训室、手工模型实训室、工程制图实训室、工程造价实训室、建筑装饰综合实训室、美术实训室、工程材料实训室、专业机房等多间室内实训场地，还有700余平方米园林苗木大棚，400余平方米风景园林和建筑工程施工实训场，是园林生产性省级示范性实习实训教学基地。为进一步深化校企合作及内涵建设，校外与20多家企事业单位深度合作，搭建学生实习和就业平台，构建学生职业岗位综合能力形成的良好环境，做到人才培养与行业（企业）岗位要求无缝对接。

系部目前有专任教师21人，其中教授2人，副教授5人，高级职称占比33.3%，具有海外留学经历的1人，具有行业背景的能工巧匠和国家一级注册结构工程师、一级注册建筑师、一级注册建造师、注册造价师、注册咨询师等各类国家注册证书的兼职教师队伍20人。十三五期间取得了一批教学科研成果，获得校级以上立项12项；发表SCI / EI收录论文7篇，国家专利6项，主编教材及著作6部；指导学生多次在省级以上大赛获奖。

There are 21 full-time teachers in the department, including 2 professors, 5 associate professors, 33.3% of senior titles, 1 person with overseas study experience, 20 part-time teachers with industry background and various national registration certificates such as national-level registered structural engineer, first-class registered architect, first-class registered construction engineer, registered cost engineer and registered consultant. The department has published 7 SCI / EI papers, 6 national patents, edited 6 textbooks and books, and guided students to win many prizes in provincial competitions and above.
